We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Handmade & Custom Products
Our custom vehicles and hand-painted figures are individually crafted. Minor variations and imperfections are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the refund is due to an error on our part.
